Sales Policy
- Wholesale only – possession of a legacy TF Campbell Co. line card, or entry into TF Campbell Co. website does not constitute a right to purchase products
- TF Campbell Co. reserves the right to restrict or refuse product sales
- Stock of products subject to change
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Not all products are available in all marketing areas
- Not all products are available to all customers
- Sales are typically F.O.B TF Campbell Co. unless special routing has been requested
- The responsibility for the completeness of a project quote, including device count, product selection and correct application rests solely with the customer
Credit Terms
- Open account terms may be granted for customers with good credit standing
- For customers not on open account status, TF Campbell Co. accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express
- The warranty of any and all products is limited to that set forth by the manufacturer
- Products returned for warranty consideration must be accompanied by the information needed by the manufacturer to process the claim
- TF Campbell Co. will make a prompt disposition of all warranty claims
- Liability for incidental and consequential damages is expressly disclaimed
- Descriptions and illustrations provided are for the purpose of identification only, and do not imply the fitness of any product for a particular purpose
- TF Campbell Co. reserves the right to correct any clerical errors including those on this website
- The buyer shall bear all risk of loss or damage to goods after their transfer to a common carrier for shipment to the buyer, including re-shipment costs
- Advice or recommendations made by TF Campbell Co. concerning the use, suitability or adaptability of products for a particular purpose does not create a warranty beyond that set forth by the manufacturer
Returns
- Prior approval must be obtained before returning any goods for any reason
- Product returns for credit must be sent to TF Campbell Co. freight prepaid, and arrive in their original, unmarked, unopened box – in clean and otherwise saleable condition
- Special-ordered products will be accepted for return only with the factory’s approval, and will be subject to their return policy and charges
- All product returns are subject to charges for restocking and return freight
